Kim Whittaker is a Realtor with Rapisarda Real Estate. She is also a mom, wife, youth coach, friend to many, supporter of and advocates for local youth and enrichment programs, and someone who always strives to have a positive mindset and encourage those around her.
Her business experience began well before earning the title of Realtor, having worked as a Banker at a large retail bank where she excelled and gained promotions as an Assistant Branch Manager and Small Business Advocate, which gave her direct experience in witnessing the real estate market through the scope of a lender. She learned how the lending practices of today came to be and why, giving her a full scope of the industry do’s and don’ts and how to best educate her clients. From there, she was promoted to Business to Business Outside Sales Consultant, where she educated business owners on Merchant Services and the various options to optimize business cash flow. She also spent time working as an employee of the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce in 2017, which is where she met her, now, business partner Alexis Ruiz, before transitioning into the Real Estate field as the Chief Operations Officer for a top-producing team in Solano County, awarding her the opportunities to learn about the hard work and dedication that it takes to be a great Realtor to have on your side, as well as the ins and outs of a successful real estate transaction
Kim is currently the 2nd-term President of a local non-profit, Young Professionals of Solano, of which she has sat on the board since its inception in 2018 and has also sat on the Board of Directors for the Chamber for the past 2 years. Needless to say, community support, sharing her knowledge, and caring for those around her are at the root of what she holds dear, in life, and business.
